MY OFFER

## maths lessons in Milan

The mathematics and statistics lessons I propose are addressed to a very wide range of people, having necessarily different backgrounds and targets. My aim is to make them rapidly autonomous, so that they can continue their studies alone, if they wish to, thus reducing the overall.

Sessions can be in Italian or in English. I usually hold one-to-one meetings, but small group lessons can be organized as well, if there is good synergy and similar level among the students.

#### First meeting

The first meeting (parents of younger students are encouraged to participate!) is fundamental: starting level, strengths and knowledge gaps can be discovered, therefore setting up a working plan for the following sessions. This first contact is also a great chance to create a friendly atmosphere. Trust and empathy highly contribute to the effectiveness of the future lessons, and give a renewed perspective on a subject that is often considered difficult and hostile.

#### My method

It is truly personalized. A diversified expererience in both teaching and using maths as a professional over the past twenty years, allows me to provide the student with a selection of contents and solving strategies. The students themselves, with my guidance, can then choose, among these instruments, the ones that best fit their personal attitude and approach.
